    Love & Grace Wellness (LGW) turns 3. Yay!
    Rock climbing & bouldering! What an experience. Not as easy as it looks. It does require use of your upper body strength & full body. I made it close to the top and if felt good. All my PPCORE training paid off. 😅
    Throwback to our women’s wellness workshop. We covered a lot on the core and stability. Get up to date with your wellness and be a part of a growing community of moms who are taking their wellness journeys to another level.
    July is Diastasis Recti awareness month MAMAS! As you may already know, in women DR is the splitting of the abdominal wall caused by excessive Intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) contained in the Intra-abdominal cavity. Baby has occupied a lot of the space in the abdominal cavity, which results in increase in the IAP. DR is common in about 65% of women who have had one or more children. It can be corrected by engaging in targeted exercises that focus on the core and pelvic floor muscles. A few cues of DR are:

    Postpartum recovery will look different for everyone. Understand what your body needs and gradually work your way up to improved strength & optimal health.
