
Pregnancy Exercise Program – PREG CORE
Our pregnancy exercise program consists of low to medium intensity workouts. All exercises include light cardio (upper & lower body), flexibility and strength. Complete this program at your own pace and schedule. All exercises are divided into trimesters to provide the structure and guide you need to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy journey.
The exercises included in this program also target the pelvic floor muscles that help with improved body alignment and posture, which are important for building a strong core.
