This is a 4-week program aimed at restoring pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti) and pelvic floor weakness. With the help of targeted low impact exercises and good nutrition you will be back to performing optimally and regaining your confidence.
This program is for new or seasoned moms who:
• want to restore their pelvic floor and build a strong core
• are experiencing abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti)
• are dealing with urinary incontinence pre/post childbirth
• want to feel stronger and gain body confidence
• are in 6-8 week postpartum recovery or longer
• are at 1 year postpartum or longer
Wellness coaching is available for the duration of the course.
