Core & Light Cardio Interval Training – PPCORE 2

This is a 4-week program aimed at helping you build endurance and strength with timed interval training circuits. The program consists of low to medium intensity workouts that make your heart muscles and body stronger. It is a continuation of our PPCORE 1 (4 – Week Pelvic Floor & Core Training) course, which serves as a foundation for PPCORE 2.
This program is for you if you want to:
  • further strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles
  • gain endurance, strength and balance
  • work the inner core and cardio (heart muscles)
  • lose weight and have body confidence
There is wellness coaching provided for the duration of the course as needed.
